He tells her that they’ve been tricked into turning the village into a trap and instructs her to continue her quest. He’s been following since the Graveyard of the Gods. He then gives her a Fangkris blade, explaining that it has a poison tip. Several of the village women exit their homes, screaming for help as their babies are missing.
As the villager turn their attention to Tripitaka, blaming her for taking their children, Kaedo comes to her aid and they both retreat inside the cage. Tripitaka and Kaedo are trapped by the villagers. Thankfully, Monkey, Sandy, and Pigsy return with the missing kids.
Monkey asks Kaedo where he got the Fangkris blade. Kaedo reveals that it belonged to his father, and his father's father. He decides to join them on their quest for the other scrolls.
Puppet Master[]
Kaedo, Monkey, Tripitaka, Sandy, and Pigsy travel through the Valley of Despair in search for the Scroll of Creation. Mothrax releases a gas that makes Monkey overly affectionate and steals the Scrolls of Immortality and Knowledge. They eventually catch up to Mothrax only to find her on the ground and being tied up by Hagfish, who pretends to be a helpless victim. He then offers to lead them to the road.
Kaedo is framed for stealing the scrolls by Hagfish and told to leave. Despite being shunned, Kaedo follows the group. Hagfish sees him and claims that he’s after the scroll. Monkey and Sandy chase after Kaedo, who has circled back and catches Hagfish in the process of killing Tripitaka. He throws a ninja star in Hagfish’s chest and knocks him to the ground. As Kaedo helps Tripitaka up, Hagfish makes her stab him with the Fangkris blade. Kaedo is poisoned and falls unconscious, but he manages to get to his feet and escape.
Gladiators[]
Kaedo has been taken by the Harvesters. They keep him captive as they wait for him to die. However, he manages to take out several harvesters before making his escape, but he is met with General Khan and her army.
Kaedo is set up to fight Monkey. He fights for the Red Guard while Monkey fights for the Blue Hand. Tripitaka tells Monkey to stay down but he continues to fight Kaedo. With Monkey refusing to stand down, Tripitaka performs Headache Sutra to force him down. And with that, the Red Guards take control of the Blue Hand.
Masterchef[]
Dreglon is now a member of the Red Guard. He takes Kaedo’s ale, which knocks him unconscious in a matter of seconds, allowing the boy and Tripitaka to escape. Kaedo intends to take her to Lion Heart Rock, where the rebels await her arrival. However, Quiver and another guard block the exit. Mothrax then arrives with a message for Khan.
Kaedo, Monkey, Tripitaka, Sandy, and Pigsy plot their next move. Kaedo reveals that the rebels have gathered at Lion Heart Rock. But Tripitaka and Monkey want to see what is inside the gold envelope Mothrax brought to Khan.
Pigsy distracts Khan while Monkey and Kaedo try to steal the key to her vault. After successfully doing so, they try to follow her into her tent, but the valet turns them away. And so, Monkey and Kaedo plot with Tripitaka to take out Khan’s valet. As the valet takes care of Khan’s laundry, Kaedo shoots him with a dart, allowing Tripitaka to steal his clothes.
Pigsy brings Khan dessert and feeds it to her, keeping her distracted while Kaedo is lowered into her tent by Monkey and breaks into her safe. Pigsy manages to trick her into revealing the combination to her safe, which Kaedo uses to gain access, but she discovers that he has infiltrated her tent and calls the guards. Quiver enters her tent with Monkey, who they found on the roof. She orders for the three of them to be taken to the arena for execution.
Khan prepares to execute Kaedo, Monkey, and Pigsy. However, the stew prepared by Sandy causes the guards’ stomachs to bubble, rendering them useless. Sandy arrives and attacks Khan before freeing Monkey, Kaedo, and Pigsy. Tripitaka arrives with Monkey's staff. After defeating Gorm, they escape.

Kaedo, Monkey, Tripitaka, Sandy, and Pigsy are taken to Lion Heart Rock by Monica. Kaedo, who Monica refers to as "bounty hunter," has come to collect his payment. As it turns out, he was hired to bring Tripitaka to Lion Heart Rock.
Tripitaka confronts Kaedo for lying to her. He claims that it was simply business. She accuses Kaedo of knowing that Gaxin was planning on taking Monkey, Sandy, and Pigsy away from her, which is true. He reveals that the demons offered him a bigger bounty, which he considered until he actually met Tripitaka. And then he changed his mind.
Monica hires Kaedo for another job — to take Tripitaka to Palawa. She gives him her key to her tavern in Palawa and instructs him to give it to Tripitaka, but she doesn’t want it. A fight ensues, but Kaedo is superior. He tells Tripitaka that they leave at first light. Tripitaka stole his compass during the fight.
After taking Kaedo’s compass, Tripitaka puts a tracker in Dreglon armor and sets him free. She claims to be Hagfish and tells Dreglon to return to him. Sandy and Pigsy accompany Tripitaka as she tracks Dreglon. Kaedo shows her how to use the compass and part ways.
